James is an accomplished Software-as-a-Service ERP specialist with over 20 years’ experience, having held multiple positions across leading Australian enterprise solution providers MYOB and TechnologyOne. A qualified Chartered Accountant with an MBA from the University of Queensland, James also sits on the board of The Queensland Choir.
Michael Manteit
Michael is an ERP sales leader with experience across the public and private sectors focused on strategic outcomes. He has a track record of building business plans and strategies to support customers future requirements as well as galvanising teams to enable organisations to deliver super results. Outside of Tonic, Michael has an elite sport background and currently is the Co-Captain for the Southport Sharks which competes in the Victorian Football League (VFL).

Tom Smith is a skilled Tech, Sales & Business Leader with over 16-years of software and technical experience. Having held Sales Director positions for major software vendors within Australia, Tom is a no-nonsense, solution-first thinker.
