Phase 1: Process Discovery & ERP Design

We began with a collaborative deep-dive into Langford’s operations, mapping workflows, identifying manual pain points, and uncovering opportunities for automation and visibility. This resulted in a tailored ERP Solution Design Document: a blueprint for their digital future.

Phase 2: MYOB Acumatica Implementation

Langford selected MYOB Acumatica as their core financial platform. Tonic led the implementation end-to-end, delivering:

  • Real-time financial dashboards

  • Multi-entity and cost centre management

  • Seamless data flow from Visual Care via ReadySync

Our middleware, ReadySync, automated syncing between Visual Care (rostering and care management) and Acumatica for accurate billing and participant tracking. The project was delivered on time and under budget.

Phase 3: HR & Payroll Modernisation

LSS then engaged Tonic to document their current and future HR/Payroll requirements. Working with Finance and People & Culture, we delivered a detailed Requirements Document covering:

  • Recruitment & onboarding

  • Award/EBA interpretation

  • Performance & compliance tracking

  • Integration with rostering and finance systems

Tonic also led the procurement process, facilitating RFT, vendor evaluation, demos, and internal decision-making. We supported vendor selection and developed an integration architecture to ensure seamless connectivity across systems.
